Refund policy

Because each glass is laser-engraved to order, we're unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse or preference changes.

Damaged or defective items: If your glass arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return shipment necessary.

Wrong item received: If we made an error on your order (wrong aircraft, wrong engraving), let us know within 14 days and we'll correct it at no cost to you.

All other sales are final.
